David Maginsky is an experienced commercial attorney specializing in contracts, corporate and employment law.
From startups to publicly-traded companies, from multinational to local, David has used a business-centric, “let’s get it done” approach, and his C-Suite experience means he’s able to quickly grasp the importance of the issues and their impact on the business case. David delivers results for his business clients.
A native New Yorker, David lives in Denver, Colorado with his family. He received his law degree with honors from Brooklyn Law School and his undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University. In his spare time, David is an avid outdoor enthusiast, including downhill skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and 4-wheeling in the Colorado backcountry.
